-The Act For Amendment of Decree Law of the Protection on the Trademark has come into force within the publication in the Official Gazette on January 28, 2009. This Law has regulated the legal loophole deriving from the Constitutional Court’ s decision which has become effective on January 6, 2009 regarding the cancellation of criminal provisions about Trademark infringement.
